We’re now looking for an experienced People Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting leaders through complex people matters, strengthening capability, and driving positive change across the organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you’ll partner with leaders across your portfolio to deliver high-quality HR and Employee Relations support, with a strong focus on case management and investigations.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate everything from performance and conduct issues through to organisational change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across your business unit
  • Providing practical, commercially sound HR & ER advice across the employee lifecycle
  • Managing end-to-end employee relations cases, including complex matters and workplace investigations
  • Coaching leaders to build confidence and capability in managing people
  • Interpreting Awards and advising on industrial relations matters
  • Supporting and delivering change and cultural alignment initiatives
  • Contributing to talent mapping, succession planning, and engagement activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve people processes, policies, and practices
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective, fit-for-purpose HR solutions

About You

You’re an experienced HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business and making a real impact.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role with strong exposure to complex ER case management
  • Demonstrated experience managing investigations and advising on employment legislation
  • Solid understanding of Awards and industrial relations frameworks
  • The ability to coach, influence, and build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement
  • Experience in the disability, community services, or not-for-profit sector is highly regarded, but not essential.
